So you thought Salman Khan was gone for good. Not exactly, with the help of his buddy David Dhawan, Salman Khan is making his way back after one sole release in the year 2001 that was really meant to be released in the year 2000. Now they’re back with what seems like a potential hit on their hands on to add to this they have a mega-star cast. Who else can help Salman Khan return to the top but the box office queen Amisha Patel? What with that, Nitin Manmohan is bringing a family entertainer on the big screen with the ever so popular oldies duo Rishi Kapoor and Rati Agnihotri. It's not finished yet! Nitin Manmohan has even brought a little of Chal Mere Bhai in it! Sanjay Dutt too guest stars in the film as well.

The Missing Piece

Salman Khan is a young mature businessman who seems to be pretty happy in life. He’s a pretty happy man until he realizes that there is something missing his life. Parents. After incessant turmoil Salman sets out to find his parents. In his discover he only learns of his father. All the facts point to one man whom he encounters. Rishi Kapoor is a happy family man who enriches in wealth. All the facts turn to him. Salman approaches Rishi Kapoor with the truth, but he is rather reluctant to accept it. Rather, he believes Salman is simply trying to manipulate him. Salman then embarks on a journey not only to prove that Rishi is actually his father, but that Salman is worthy of Rishi’s love. At his side is Amisha Patel who is said to be the surprise packet of this film (after all, when is she not?)

Yeh Hai Jalwa is already completed and ready for a release. But with subsequent competition the release date has been postponed (quite a smart move if you ask me). David Dhawan too is looking for a viable date for the film, and is anticipating success after his last disaster, Kyo Ki.. Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta. The film should be released before the end of the year.
